When uploading a transparent logo (a logo with no background) you must save the logo as GIF or PNG24 file type. The later is recommended.

Prior to saving the logo, the width cannot exceed 188 pixels at 72 dpi or else our server will downsize the file size and lose the transparency when doing so. This will result in the logo appearing on a white background.
