We constantly adjust our spam filters to keep up-to-date with the various ways spammers try to get email through our system. We flag email with "[SPAM]" in the subject line if our system determines that the email has a low to medium probability of being spam. And we move email to the spam folder automatically if it has a high probability of being spam. If you would like to change any of these settings to suit your own needs, you may do so in your webmail account.
The steps are as follows:
- Log-in to your webmail account
- Click the settings icon (gears)
- Click on Filtering
- Click on Spam Filtering
- Click the radio button in the main screen that reads Override spam settings for this account
- Click the Actions tab and adjust the settings as desired
- Click the Save button
