How do I give FTP access to my clients?

The FTP feature we provide is not intended to be used for file sharing with your clients. We provide it as a means to upload files and other web assets such as Photoshop proofing galleries. If you do wish to use FTP for file sharing then we recommend that you upload the files and then provide your client the URL to the file which can then be downloaded via a web browser instead of giving them direct access to your FTP folder as this would not be very secure (we only provide each BigBlackBag customer with a single username and password).

Alternatively you could use our built-in download feature which is described below:

Download Asset
Use the Downloads asset to allow clients to download a file quickly. To use this feature, you need to create a page and add a Downloads asset to it. Download assets can be password protected. If you want to add multiple images for download, then you must save your group of images into a zip archive (.zip) and upload it into the Downloads asset.
