To whitelist a specific email addresses or an entire domain (any email at a particular domain) so they won't be blocked by our spam filter, please perform the following steps:
- Log-in to your email account via our webmail interface
- Click on the Settings button
- Click on Trusted Senders
- Enter in the email or domain (do not include www. in the domain name i.e google.com)
