Artist names and song names are pulled from the ID3 meta tags stored directly in the MP3 file.
If no names are displayed (N/A), then it is likely that no information is stored in the ID3 meta tags of the MP3 file or your file uses ID3 version 2.2 which is not compatible with the music player.
It is possible to edit and update the version of the ID3 tags of an MP3 file using 3rd party software. Please search "how to add id3 tags to mp3" in your favorite search engine to see how to do this. Once you've added the tags you will need to re-saved and re-upload it.
