You may add video to the galleries and pages contained within your web site.

These are our recommended settings for HTML 5 (mp4) files:
- 640w or 720w x 480h pixels in size (larger files will not play on iPhone 3G/3GS)
- h.264 for video compression at 590 Kbps data rate
- 15 frames per second (you may go higher but 15fps is usually fine and will significantly reduce the bandwidth requirements and start time of your video)
- Not streaming or hinted
- 2-Pass VBR if possible
- AAC for audio compression at 128 kbps data rate
These are our recommended settings for Quicktime (mov, m4v) files:

- 640w or 720w x 480h pixels in size
- 15 frames per second (you may go higher but 15fps is usually fine and will significantly reduce the bandwidth requirements and start time of your video)
- On2 VP6 Pro video compression at 629 Kbps data rate (420 Kbps if expecting an audience with slower connections)
- 2-Pass VBR or 1-Pass Quality VBR
- MP3 audio compression at 56 Kbps data rate, 16 sample size, 22050Hz sample rate, stereo
